In-store orders are never quietly pushed behind fifty delivery bags — each queue quotes its own wait.

Survives the wifi

Every bump is saved on the device before it is sent. Lose the network mid-rush and the board comes back exactly as it was.

The promise is the clock

Cards colour against what the customer was told, not against an average. Push an order back and its promise moves once, properly; telling the customer by text waits on a messaging provider we have not connected yet. A ticket nobody has touched for longer than you allow steps off the pass — kept, counted and one tap from coming back, so an abandoned order stops padding everyone else’s wait.


Honest limits

Delivery-app orders arrive through webhooks that are built but not yet proven against a live restaurant’s real payloads — so we do not sell that as done. Printing is real: a Star TSP143IV at a live venue prints dockets over CloudPRNT — the printer calls us itself, with no screen left running. Epson Server Direct Print and label printers are built to spec but have not printed on real hardware yet.
