Labour is your biggest cost. Watch it live.

Rotas, clocking in, timesheets, holiday and contracts — in the same system as the sales they have to answer to.

The rota against the sales

Every shift carries its cost, and the week shows labour as a share of forecast sales while you are still writing it — not in a report a fortnight later. A suggested rota can be drafted from availability, roles and expected demand, then edited like a spreadsheet.

Clocking in that stands up

Staff clock in on the till or their own phone, with a photo on every punch if you switch it on. Grace periods and what pay starts from are the employer’s written rules, applied the same way every time. Every edit to a shift is logged, append-only.

Holiday and contracts done properly

Holiday accrues from the contract actually in force, costed in hours when it is requested. A photographed contract is read into the system for you — dates, hours, rates — and kept beside the record it created.

The rules with legal teeth

Working-time checks — rest between shifts, weekly limits, the under-18 rules — run against the rota as it is written, and say which shift breaks which rule before it is published.

Availability and cover

Staff submit the weeks they can work and ask for cover from their phone; offers are judged by role, so the person picking up a chef’s shift can actually cook.
