Pub and bar EPOS with shared tabs

A busy bar is a queue problem and a who-ordered-what problem. Both have a page in this product.

The real Menus screen: a breakfast window and a late menu that runs through midnight

One tab, everyone’s phones

A table opens a tab and shares it; everyone adds their own round from their own phone, the tab shows who ordered what, and a cap stops it running away. One honest difference from the systems bars know: no card is held behind the bar — this product deliberately does not touch cards, so the tab is settled like any other order when it is placed.

Happy hour runs itself

Scheduled price changes start and stop on their own, on the days and hours you choose, and the till and the QR menu agree because they ask the same rules. A weekend surcharge is the same machinery in the other direction.

The end-of-night arithmetic

Split bills equal ways, by item or by amount with a different tender per person. Cash-up records what cash was actually taken against what should be there, with a signed count.

Wet stock, costed

A serve takes its measure off the bottle, so the gross profit on a gin and tonic is a number, and wastage — the spilled pint, the wrong pour — is recorded at cost, in its own report.
