VenuesPubs & bars

The gap between poured and sold, in black and white.

Wet shrinkage is the quiet leak in every bar. You cannot stop what you cannot see, and most tills never let you see it.

Every pour depletes its measure

A pint takes a pint from the keg’s count, a G&T takes 25ml from the bottle and a mixer from the fridge — recipe lines, depleting with every sale, cocktails included. What the system thinks you hold is always current.

Variance you can act on

Count the cellar, and the gap between what sales say and what the shelf says is the shrinkage number — by product, priced at cost. Whether it is over-pouring, waste or walking, now it has a size.

What we do not pretend

HelchPOS does not meter your lines — there is no keg sensor or flow-measurement hardware here, and we will not imply otherwise. Depletion comes from sales and counts come from you; done weekly, that pair catches what matters.

Sold out before the disappointment

When the guest ale dies mid-session, one tap takes it off the till, the QR menu and the kiosk together — nobody orders a pint of what is now foam.
