One board for the bar, the garden and the kiosk.
Pub kitchens are small and pub order sources are many. The point of the board is that they stop being many.
Every source, one list
Bar-till food orders, QR orders from the garden and kiosk orders land on one screen in the order they arrived, each tagged with where it came from and how long it has waited. The screen is any tablet — or a phone propped by the fryer.
Timers that tell the truth
Every ticket ages in front of you and the quoted wait comes from your stated capacity. When the match crowd doubles the queue, the quote the garden sees grows with it — the guest who orders anyway was told the truth.
Buzzers and numbers, not bellowing
Collection numbers on the board, or buzzers handed over the bar — food finds its table without a bartender doing laps of the garden.
The limit, stated
Kitchen-screen actions save on the device first and catch up when the wifi returns. The till itself cannot complete a sale offline — some competitors do true offline processing and our comparison table gives them the tick. On a phone with mobile data, the till simply keeps working.
