VenuesFood halls

Nobody shares a fridge. Nobody shares a margin.

Hall-wide stock is a fiction — the taco kitchen’s beef is not the bar’s limes. Stock here is per kitchen because the businesses are.

Recipes that cost themselves, per kitchen

Each kitchen’s dishes carry their ingredient lines, so selling a taco takes the tortilla, the beef and the lime off that kitchen’s shelf — and its gross profit is a live number of its own, not a share of somebody else’s.

Sold out that actually means sold out

An item switched off is gone from the QR page, the kiosk and the till within seconds — and stays off until somebody says otherwise, with a reset rule for the morning. A hall guest never orders a dish the kitchen ran out of an hour ago.

Suppliers, invoices and wastage, each vendor’s own

Supplier prices typed once or photographed off the invoice; wastage costed at stock cost, never at menu price. The hall can look across; it cannot mix.

What the hall does see

Roll-ups: sales and margin across kitchens for the hall’s own decisions — which vendor is thriving, which needs help — without touching any kitchen’s books.
